We REALLY hope you love your item & do not need the information below, however for your reference please see our Refund & Exchanges information:

To avoid waste we embroider everything to order, so we work hard to minimise the need for any returns or exchanges if possible. 

If you are unsure on anything, please send us a message before you order.

If the item just isn't right for you and you would like a refund / exchange please see below.

Refund / Exchanges  

• we do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless faulty.
• are accepted within a week of receipt
• must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
• postage is the customers responsibility unless agreed in advance.
• should ideally be returned in a parcel bag and sent securely safe from damage
• incur a postage cost of £3 for sending out the item again
